Google aims to boost hiring this year

Google has made an unusual blog post about their plans for hiring this year.

The company said that they are very excited about the new products they are developing and they would continue to hire more engineers and developers.

The search engine giant is expected to hire as many as 6,200 new employees within 2011.



The company has just announced that Larry Page would take over as their new CEO from Eric Schmidt.

Looks like they are realizing that they can no longer take competition from companies like Facebook lightly.
